Catherine Mullaugh
When I returned to Tucson in 2006, I completed a six-month training program at Providence Institute to refresh my knowledge and skills in Swedish Massage. At Providence, I learned to incorporate techniques from deep tissue, Shiatsu, trigger point, myofascial, and cranial-sacral work in sessions with clients. As my practice continues to grow, I participate in workshops regularly, offer chair massages to local business and at community events, and teach classes on Aging Well. I am nationally certified, hold an Arizona Massage Therapy license, and am a member of the American Bodyworker and Massage Professionals. Our business is dedicated to service and the vibrant health for our clients.
Lavina E. Tomer
I am a longtime Tucson resident who has been practicing massage for 30 years. I studied in Santa Fe, New Mexico at the Jay Victor Scherer Massage Academy. When I began my private practice in 1977, I was one of 23 pioneer licensed massages therapists, and for the next 15 years actively participated in the growth and success of massage therapy in Tucson. I am licensed by the State of Arizona and an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Continuing Education, self-study, and being receptive to the influence of a variety of professionals and healers informs and furthers my approach to massage. It is also through the support and feedback of loyal clients that I have developed confidence, knowledge, an ability to listen, an open heart and mind, and a sincere commitment to each person's well being.
